Love my Kinetic account from HSBC. It offers all the banking facilities I need as a sole trader and is simple to use with handy in app tools that make accountancy much easier. Reviewed on: 19th March 2022

Easy to use and easy to set up

Great bank , when visiting a hsbc store to ask how to set up the staff were un helpfull and I was advised to go home and look at the interenet for help , so the customer service element let this down . Reviewed on: 19th March 2022

Isn't capable of modern functions

Cannot connect to Quickbooks accountancy software, cannot connect to Google Pay or Samsung pay, sending a message like a text and then waiting for a reply is not as good as a live chat service. Do yourself a favour and choose an account that perhaps costs more but has functions you need and want, this is clearly a 'demo' style bank account and needs attention.
