Simple to set up no nonsence

When something is no nonsence ,something else has been sacrificed to achieve this ... Customer service is close to very poor, no one knows what they are doing and you get passed around departments after waiting a minimum 30mins each time . It took 4 days to just have a fraud case logged! To say it's all online and electronic banking ,even your I'd set up when opening the account .....it stops there ,there's no online customer service , one chat took one day to respond to say "hi" . So you still have to go back to calling someone and a full process . Then having to go to my local branch to pick up my bank card . Initially easy and good to set up and no fuss ....the fuss all comes afterwords . If this can be changed or improved then it would be beyond any other business banking . Reviewed on: 11th March 2022

Easy to use

I set it up with no problems and find it very easy to use on a day to day basis. The rates are very competitive as I did some research on what was on offer by over 10 different organisations and when allowing for the hidden costs on many accounts this seemed the best deal available to a small business. The Kinetic account is amazing for business owners - easy to set up, easy to navigate and easy to communicate should you have any questions/queries. I've been impressed at how straightforward and simple the HSBC Kinetic service and app have been to use. All of the functions I needed, in my hand, whenever I need them and all in one place.
