Great brand, nice app and easy to open an account

Getting charged bank charges for an account that is hardly used is a rip off and closing an account is over complicated and drawn out. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

My business is hectic, that's why I use HSBC Kinetic

I recently started using HSBC Kinetic, and I must say that I am super satisfied with it. The app has truly transformed my banking experience and made my financial management much easier and convenient. Firstly, the user interface is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. The layout is well-organized and makes it easy to navigate between different features and sections of the app. I was able to quickly find what I was looking for and complete my transactions with ease. Secondly, the app is very secure and reliable. The authentication process is robust, and I feel confident that my personal information and financial data are protected. The app also provides real-time alerts for any suspicious activities, which is a great feature for added security. Overall, I am super satisfied with this banking application and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and secure way to manage their business finances. Supportive with associated facilities

Simple to set-up and use

Fast, efficient, and reliable.

Opening a HSBC Kinetic was hassle free. It barely consumed any of my time. I received a phone call after applying which was to confirm a few bits of information; after that I was all set to start business. The app is what sets Kinetic aside from its competitors. I’ve had experience with Barclays & Metro business accounts. Neither of them come close. What I love the most is when setting up a new Payee, the app checks to see if the details I have entered are a full match or not. Sometimes correcting my typo errors. So in essence it’s difficult to make a incorrect transaction, as the app warns you if details are not a match etc. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

I've been Amazed by service and speed of problem solving

I have this account for over a year now. As far as functionality goes I think the only point that is still under development and needed to be done already is the international payments tab of the app. In other terms it has an API which can be connected to various software such as accounting, WMS, TMS, invoicing and other. From this point of view I believe that functionality of this account provider and it's app are highly recommended. More than this, the security features and usability makes this my best friend. I did have other business accounts which I have closed down due to a lack of transparency and development issues! Yes to HSBC and HSBC Kinetic! Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
