The kinetic business app is easy to use and its features help you to see income and outgoing easily. It would none helpful if the card could be used for Apple Pay. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Great account for a small business

I was already with HSBC as a personal customer, so when I started a small business last year I included them in the mix of options. Happy I did - it's turned out to be a really great account. Simple, low fees and pretty much no nasty surprises. Only two suggestions really on how to improve.. enable international payments from the app + allow the Kinetic Credit Card transactions to flow into Xero as the bank account does. Other than that, i've been really impressed. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

Really bad customer service, bouncing each other from phone to app chat and vica versa

Easy to set up, easy to use!

Really simple and quick process to set the account up. The App is very user friendly too. Moving money is easy and having a savings account to earn interest on surplus balances alongside the current account really helps too. We’ll done HSBC! Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

It was really simple to open their business account, their executive called immediately and helped us through the process. I had tried with another mainstream lender, wherein it was impossible to open an account without visiting their branch few times and was going to take around two weeks. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

HSBC Kinetic made life easy

I had a stressful time when leaving my previous directorship to set up my own limited company due to difficult personal circumstances. There was so much to get sorted in a very short timescale. I have had bad experiences with other business banks in the past and was concerned the process would be protracted and cause delays in my ability to start trading quickly. I couldn't have been more wrong. Setting up the account was super easy and quick. I have been trading 3-months now and have been extremely happy with my HSBC Kinetic account. It makes business banking quick, easy and stress free. The account does everything that I need, plus some useful additional features. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
