I am with HSBC kinetic for around 1 year and it never fails me. HSBC has great customer support, always helpful and fast responding. The app is easy to use and very clear. I of course can recommend HSBC Kinect anybody. Reviewed on: 7th March 2023

When We live in a world when we don’t have business managers anymore and telephone conversations don’t exist to help you through business banking I turn to this app and it was the best thing that helped me to get my business banking started so yes I would recommend this is what helped me and my business! Whilst the telephone banking and online services have been great the app is still a little clunky. When I forgot my password I also had to recalibrate and inputting my date of birth was painful. No biometrics available Reviewed on: 7th March 2023
