HSBC Kinetic has allowed me to keep my business profits and expenses separate to my regular bank account. This has many benefits, including seeing my business cash flow, keeping my accounts neat and organised for tax calculations, and also allowing me to setup a salary for myself to pay into my regular account from my business profits. The only downside I have so far is that I cannot use the Kinetic app as a contactless payment on my iPhone. This would be very helpful as I travel a lot using my phone to tap in and tap out for work trips. Other than this I am really enjoying the HSBC Kinetic app and bank account and think it is very well constructed and organised. It's been a massive asset to my business. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Smart, safe, and reliable.

I opened a business bank account with HSBC Kinetic following several unsuccessful attempts with several other banks, some of which were not forthcoming on their reasons for declining to open an account for my business. HSBC Kinetic offered the right balance of features and services that my business requires. The account opening process was smooth and I've been operating the account without any issues ever since. I recently underwent a review as part of their safeguard process to ensure that their customers are operating with a high degree of integrity. This is one example of their efforts to ensure that they are providing a safe banking environment. It's been a pleasant experience thus far and I would recommend HSBC Kinetic to any entrepreneur or small business owner, looking for a smart, safe and reliable business bank account. Some of the features are not available

Fast service

Easy to use, well shown overview of income and expenses, great for budgeting

I have never had any issues with the app. With the way the app has been developed it is very easy to make payments, access and download documents and checking latest transactions. The performance reports are clearly displayed with an easy understanding of the given graphs which is great for budgeting. However, some of the saved payees details duplicate even though only references vary, which creates a long and unnecessary list of duplicate payee details. Could possibly improve with a check box, when making a payment, to save payee details for later which could help with the management of the list. Overall, I would highly recommend.
