Hello I hace6 been a loyal loan user for over 10 years they have always been amasing with me in helping me out when needed most and even when u miss some payments if u phone there customer service team they actually listen to you and try to resolve the issue, amasing experience upto now and hopefully they continue doing their amasing work . Helped me get my credit score up

I started with no credit due to a D.R.O & i started banking with credit union they helped me get back on track & I am now able to take out a loan that is suited to my income, I am so happy they have helped me out & I can pay for Christmas Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

Great service

I have had a few loans with HEY Credit union. I use the child benefit plan and it helps tremendously. I don't even notice the money going cause the repayments aren't expensive, they are very affordable. Never had any issues or had to ring up with any problems, I've recommended HEY union to a few people I know. Reviewed on: 17th June 2025

My experience has been 5 star !

My experience has been 5 star ! Over the years of being a credit union customer. Always helpful & reliable understanding of any situation. I highly recommend credit union. Especially the Scunthorpe branch Patrick has been nothing but helpful and guidance throughout no matter what the circumstances are over the years.
