Brilliant Credit Union

HEY CU got me into the savings habit …. quite an achievement in itself ! I pay them from payroll, it’s pain free for me and the modest amount deducted from my wages soon added up. I’ll be able to go a holiday abroad next year, all paid for upfront too. So chuffed with myself but it was all down to the credit Union if I’m honest :-) Reviewed on: 25th August 2021

Pleasing visit On a day out.

,I just came across the Branch in Goole’ went in and the staff were so knowlageable that I was hooked on saving with them and started a DD savings right away. When I went in to get a statement a year later ‘ I was pleasantly surprised to see how much I’d saved and the staff were just as helpful. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Staff are fantastic.

Staff are fantastic. I enjoy saving with HEY Credit Union as it does exactly what it says on the tin. No fancy gimmicks. I like the fact I can only withdraw if I physically go into the branch too. That's just my preference. Very happy saving with HEY Credit Union Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Customer service and ease of service

In person, the staff have always been lovely and even after multiple weeks remember my face (and my granny who used to help me). I’ve moved to save more online than in person and my account was locked hey helped me step by step to have it unlocked and continued as normal. Cannot recommend enough. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025
