Best app for managing my children's money

I have 2 kids and the HyperJar app is perfect for managing their pocket money. I can send money from my main account whenever i want and also block certain brands to keep an eye on their spending. Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Makes the competition for children's cards look amateur

Originally I took out a Gohenry card for my daughter. Had issues with the card as only allowed 10 transactions a day then blocked. Hyper Jar has always been flawless with easy transfer of funds and easy to move money between my card and her jar Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

Hyper jar instrumental to protecting children.

We run a children's home for vulnerable young people and hyper jar has been instrumental in helping us safeguard our kids via prepaid personal payment card. HyperJar makes pocket money easy

HyperJar makes pocket money easy - I don’t carry cash myself so taking it out just to give my kids is a bother. My girls love their “credit cards” and it’s teaching them about money in the modern world, i.e that you need to keep an eye on your account and that it’s harder to see what you spent with a card than with cash. So far we’ve not had problems with it not being accepted anywhere. And when I needed help from customer service, the help was quick, secure and friendly, and the agent proactively noticed that my daughter needed a new card, so they sorted that too. This app has been so easy to use for pocket money.

This app has been so easy to use for pocket money. It allows savings pots, different cards for different pots and even adds kids cards to Apple Pay on their phones so great for teenagers….And it’s free! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2025
