For my junior chancellor

My little one loves the fact that he has his own bank account, a card and an app. He loves to pay with his card and keep a check on his spend with the app. As a parent I love the fact that it's all free! Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Excellent, safe way to spend

You need this!

Both my boys have bank accounts but not at a sensible age to manage the money within their account but I wanted a card they could use if they were out and about with friends (but not having to carry cash) but only having the money thats on the card, available to spend that has no access to their bank accounts. Daughters Jar

Free of charge

HyperJar is easy, flexible and best of all FREE

A couple of years ago I said to myself - I would like a place online I could put my money into jars and save for different things. Well blow me down it exists, not only can I do exactly that with HyperJar, I have setup accounts and cards for my children. One of the biggest benefits I found is that it is free. The control I have over my money and my children’s accounts is superb is the app is so easy to use. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022

An excellent start to money management skills!

Hyperjar has been brilliant to get my 12 year old son engaged with money; saving towards things he wants to buy and working at jobs in the house in order to earn top ups to his jars! As I have ultimate control over the account I can check that he doesn't have too much on his card at any one time. As this product doesn't have a monthly fee and we had the initial £5 as a rebate I can't fault it - a fantastic product which is perfect for involving children in financial decisions. And the slogans for their cards are a special touch. I chose "think about it, twice" for my son's card and he has been doing exactly that!
