Very competitive price

Great service

I have been with insureandgo for a a few years now and have always had a great experience. Prices are always good. I broke my legs a couple of years ago wile I was in Thailand. Insureandgo sorted out all the costs with the hospital they arrange for a doctor to attend my hotel before my flight and even offered me an upgrade on the flight home. Can’t thank them enough for all the help I received. I have an annual insurance which I’m happy to renew every year. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Easy, affordable and reliable

I’ve always used Insureandgo for my travel insurance. It’s easy to declare my medical conditions And they’ve always come up the most competitive in terms of price compared to other insurers, often no different to a policy without medical declarations. Very good

Easy to use website, offering different levels of cover which is laid out in a way that is easy to compare. Renewal process is easy I have used them for several years with an annual family policy, renewal quote comes in plenty of time to compare the market but with them offering a loyalty bonus they are always competitive Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Great travel insurance

We have the InsureandGo Black level travel insurance policy to protect our family when we go away. So far the customer service experience has been great and the claims handling process is smooth and trouble free. Used them for a few years now and they are consistently excellent. Excellent service

After experiencing difficulties with another insurance company, we switched to InsureandGo gold annual travel insurance a couple of years ago. I have made 2 claims, once for medical reasons and the other after having a wallet stolen. Both times we received good customer service and the matters were resolved easily.
