Good value, good website, typical difficulty with claims...

Very slick purchasing, good access to documents, but the claims handlers are fairly useless. Was told (probably erroneously) that I’d have to put in a claim for each individual sock in my lost luggage and pay the excess on each... Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Hassle free and quick!
