Great insurance, great service.

I use the yearly travel insurance product, for worldwide cover. I've been lucky enough to never having to use it for a claim (yet!) When discussing renewal or adding extras onto the product, it's always a pleasure to deal with the staff on the phone. They're all well versed in the product and benefits to using different policies. I will always trust them to advise me on the right policy for my family. The price is great, given the general cost of individual trip prices, we travel frequently and really never worry at all about potential issues as I always discuss trips I am planning to make sure that we have the right cover. No quibble claims

We have been using InsureandGo for a few years now, always competitive rates and an easy website to use. Unfortunately in 2017 in contracted Pneumonia and we had to cancel our family trip to Cuba. Exceptional claims service

Had passport and money stolen in Tenerife. But was great to be able to speak to insureandgo claims team. And when back in UK I asked for the claim to be revisited and they didn't complain they referred it and to a common sense decision in the end which is often missing when dealing with insurance companies who can forget about the person.
