Great platform pity about the business implementation (customer service)

So much potential with the Invest Engine platform but the business and product teams need to look at their wider business model and its implementation. Customer Service is shockingly bad. If self service and automation were as good as they could be this wouldn't be an issue but unfortunately they aren't. It leaves the whole user experience poor and frustrating hoping things improve in the future so that wider execution beyond the technology is vastly improved, it needs it.
