Good,simple and quite basic platform.

Not very intuitive otherwise good and very simple.Why not invested cash seating in ISA doesn’t pay any yield?Very cheap,almost no costs.Simple app does the job. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Good Customer Service. Smooth ISA transition

I have recently transferred my S+S ISA from another platform and I must say everything has gone quite smoothly. I did contact customer services a couple of times with a concern or two. The responses were pretty quick and written by an actual human, answering my questions explicitly. This is refreshing, and excellent service. I have 1 pointer that could be worked on. Transferring my ISA in was not fiddly, but locating where exactly to do this was a little difficult. it could feasibly have been located in a couple of places The video help was not as clear as it could be. Perhaps a link on the front account page when the account has not yet been funded might be useful Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Invest engine is good as it allows me to take control of my pension, for the lowest fee’s on the market. However, they have rolled out this product without the capacity to transfer in Sipps from other providers, and do not currently have a options to withdraw the funds. They should have completed all elements of their app before releasing the sipps for investors. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
