Easiest to use investment platform

Very pleased with the combination of ease of use and the (at least currently) very low fees, or zero if self-investing. Incredible range of investment choices. Funding process is fast and seamless. I have not used customer service or done anything too complex yet but am a happy customer a few months in. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Simple, friendly and impactful

InvestEngine are clearly trying to disrupt the industry. But they are doing so without compromising on customer experience- in fact, it seems to central to their strategy. Their customer service team is the most engaged, responsive and informative I’ve ever communicated with in this sector, and they’ve promptly allayed and resolved my issues and concerns during an ISA transfer. Easy to used great value for money

I am now in my second year with InvestEngine. It is easy to set up a DIY portfolio from a very large range of ETFs (inc. fractional holdings) and do things like auto-rebalance your portfolio to the target weightings. With currently no platform holding fee, it's also great value for money and convenient for both ISA and general trading accounts. I have recommended already to friends and family!
