So, Basically I applied for the jaja credit card during the application process they want my id for identification but I didn’t have any id that time so i just closed the Tab and when I try to open my application there was no such option how to proceed to next step and then I called the Jaja customer service the lady was so polite and professional she guided me on phone and help me out till the end of my application. Excellent credit card

Frankly, it’s my first card and it offers a high limit at the start. Additionally, the cash back challenges are really useful in our daily lives. I am fully support to jaja everyone have to use no issue in balance transfer, no issue in making payments, yes sometime it's take little loger to credit amount, but I am sure they will definitely do something for this. Overall, I am not promoting I didn't get any reward for typing this review. Its just my personal experience I share with others. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026
