Room for Improvement but not terrible.

Overall JaJa have been a really good company to have a credit card with. Recently I had some trouble which meant I had to have some interactions with different teams and I must admit that I wasn’t very happy with the service I received. I felt like it took far too long for the issue to be resolved, no one could update me and tell me what was happening and then having to wait 1/2 days for a response as they asked for one question answers through email was a very frustrating process. Also with the customer support being closed over the weekend felt very outdated as everyone has a very easy communication process these days as everyone knows the world doesn’t stop just because it’s the weekend Reviewed on: 12th April 2026
