Simple but pricey

Jaja is easy to use and works well for everyday spending, with a smooth and straightforward experience. I haven’t had any experience with customer service, so can’t comment on that. The main downside is the relatively high interest rates, so it’s best to stay on top of payments. Overall, a solid option, but a bit expensive if you carry a balance. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

I have been using the Jaja Credit Card from almost 1 year now. My experience was fantastic using it. The app is super easy to navigate and every feature works absolutely perfect. Direct debits are on acurate time and everything is transparent as there are no hidden charges. Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
