Really happy with my JAJA credit card so far. The app is easy to use, everything is clear, and it’s simple to keep track of spending and payments. I like that managing the card feels straightforward and not overly complicated. Payments show clearly, the account is easy to monitor, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. my experience has been a mix of positives and frustrations. On the plus side, the application process was straightforward, and I found the app relatively easy to use. Payments and account tracking are simple, and transactions show up quickly, which makes it convenient to manage spending. However, there are a few areas where the service could be improved. Customer support has been inconsistent in my experience, with response times sometimes slower than expected. I also found certain features in the app a bit limited compared to other credit providers.
