I have been using this credit card for some time now.

I have been using this credit card for some time now. Overall, my experience with Jaja Finance is okay. The application process was simple and easy to understand. The app is useful and helps me check my balance and transactions quickly. However, sometimes it can be a bit slow or confusing. Customer service is decent, but response time could be faster. I hope they improve this in the future. Overall, it is a good credit card, but there is still some room for improvement. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
