I feel very much in control of my credit card with Jaja, I understand all the T&Cs, what my limits are and what extras are available to me too. I find the app very user friendly and feel like I can navigate around it easily and find the information I need easily. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Good communication with customers. Easy to use jaja app. Get increased credit limit when needed. Easy way to pay one off payments. The app doesn't crash. Credit card has nice design. Since I has my card I had no issues. I like the monthly reward options. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
