Good Quote, but rubbish customer service

I took out medical cover travel insurance for my husband for a cruise we were going on in December 2016. To keep the cost down I went for a policy with a £75 excess. My thinking for this was I would be more than happy to pay £75 if per chance he took unwell whilst on board ship. Part of the deal we had with the cruise company we had one night in a hotel in Barcelona. Hotel was based in La Ramblas and it was a good hotel. Never for one minute did I think my husband would have his backpack stolen whilst sitting in the Hotel restaurant! , but that is what happened. We had to replace the medication stolen. My claim was for £88.48, but with a £75 excess that left my claim total of £13.48. First they said they did not receive my paperwork, but would get someone to phone my back, which they never. Luckily I had proof the documents had been sent and when I phoned them back and said so, he presto they found my claim forms. Next they gave me back £9:05 so again i had to phone back and point out to them I had with my claim forms given proof by a copy of my credit card statement that I should have been given £13:48. I have just heard that they now acknowledge the underpayment, but I am still waiting on the £4:43 to hit my bank account. I also had non medical insurance with another company and was paid within one week. Will never use Just Travel again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

I have disabilities.

I have disabilities. With other travel insurance companies I have found the price is exceptionally high.With Travel Cover they.protect me at a reasonable cost, enabling me to travel abroad knowing they have covered me for all eventualities. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

I have used Just Travel for a number of years, they have provided me & my partner with excellent competitive cover every time. I would definitely recommend to anyone searching for travel insurance. Good value and choice

Good for pre-existing medical conditions

Cheaper than others and able to insure people with pre-existing medical conditions. I have used them repeatedly. Other providers tend to charge very high premiums for pre-existing medical conditions, even minor ones like high blood pressure. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Great cover for Medical Issues
