Review of the Just Travel Cover, Travel insurance:

Good Quote, but rubbish customer service

I took out medical cover travel insurance for my husband for a cruise we were going on in December 2016. To keep the cost down I went for a policy with a £75 excess. My thinking for this was I would be more than happy to pay £75 if per chance he took unwell whilst on board ship. Part of the deal we had with the cruise company we had one night in a hotel in Barcelona. Hotel was based in La Ramblas and it was a good hotel. Never for one minute did I think my husband would have his backpack stolen whilst sitting in the Hotel restaurant! , but that is what happened. We had to replace the medication stolen. My claim was for £88.48, but with a £75 excess that left my claim total of £13.48. First they said they did not receive my paperwork, but would get someone to phone my back, which they never. Luckily I had proof the documents had been sent and when I phoned them back and said so, he presto they found my claim forms. Next they gave me back £9:05 so again i had to phone back and point out to them I had with my claim forms given proof by a copy of my credit card statement that I should have been given £13:48. I have just heard that they now acknowledge the underpayment, but I am still waiting on the £4:43 to hit my bank account. I also had non medical insurance with another company and was paid within one week. Will never use Just Travel again. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

A professional positive experience.

WHEN LOOKING FOR INSURANCE COVER TRY JUST TRAVEL FIRST

I used to u se other insurance providers but when their quotes were becoming ridiculous I was recommended to try Just Travel and I have been with them for all my holidays since 2022 and there have been a lot of cruises as well as air holidays Reviewed on: 11th August 2025

Good Reliable Company

I have used Just Travel for years as with medication and my age they are the best prices. Every member of staff i have spoken to has been helpful, efficient and friendly. Their prices beat all other co.panies I have checked. Reviewed on: 11th August 2025

Easy to set up, good choice and fair price

Easy to deal with and good value for money

A courteous, professional & helpful service
