be wary if you make a claim

Be very wary if you make a claim as they will try every trick in the book to not pay out and keep you waiting months in the hope you will just give up. After waiting since October last year they have finally only partly paid my claim and i will now be forced to seek further legal help. Don't be fooled when they say you are covered for cancellations, curtailment, cabin confinement, missed ports, Covid etc etc as the have a book of clauses which basically negates all the items they claim to cover, for me this has been a case of see section 8 sub clause 47 which states if you make a claim we don't have to pay. I have used this company for many years and recommended them to family and friends and cannot believe the amount of stress the have caused me. . Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

do not use this company

We had bronze cover form this company for a weeks holiday, while we were away my wife had her handbag stolen.we went to court in Spain and had all court reports and documents. We claimed for around £600 of items,varifocal glasses, purse, bag, cash, driving licence,The glasses alone were £230.Al receipts were provided.We have just been informed they will pay £81 but the £100 excess wipes that out.Do not use this company Reviewed on: 30th October 2022

Really easy to use website, straight forward process forward

Great website that is straight forward to use. Really easy to choose options because of a well laid out comparison format. The differences between the choices is easy to find and navigating around the pages was uncomplicated. Details, policy information arrived as soon as I made my payment.
