Easy app to use and Cust service is great

Not had a great deal of interaction with customer service but on the rare occasion, no complaints. The app is easy to use and not experienced any issues with it. I also like that one gets interest on the current account. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

Customer service are very quick to respond

Customer service are very quick to respond to queries and provided adequate responses. The app is easy to use and navigate and it satisfies my banking needs. I like that I can freeze and unfreeze my card online if required, and a replacement card was super quick to arrive. No other banks paying interesrt on credit amounts these days, although interest used to be much higher than it is now. Can't pay in cheques but who uses cheques these days? Very happy with Kroo. The Kroo current account is good value for money

The Kroo current account is good value for money, easy to use and free to use abroad which is a great benefit. I love the way I get an email every time I use the card and also that, when abroad, the email converts my spend into pounds sterling. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
