I've had absolutely no problems.

I've had absolutely no problems. As such, I can't comment on customer service as I've never used it. The app itself is fine, I certainly don't find it hard to use. I know the referral scheme is now closed but I would like to have known how much of my personal details are shared with the other person, if any. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026

No more worries when banking with Kroo..

Since joining Kroo I have seen a return for deposit regularly. This encourages me to try to deposit more funds regularly.when transferring funds to other accounts it’s seamlessly easy, fast and very quick to pop into the transferred account. Similarly when depositing its instantaneous and the Constance update notifications keep you abreast of your fund's. I highly recommend 5his bank. Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
