Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be...

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. This is the best bank and I’m never going back!

This is the best bank and I’m never going back! The setting up the account was one of the most secure & quickest. Money is easily changed over from bank account to payee and vice versa. The addition of the saving pots is honestly a life saver (pun intended) it’s so easy to make a pot and then transfer money back and forth if needed instantly. The ease of use is outstanding and I recommend it highly to anyone & everyone! Reviewed on: 16th March 2024

No real problems.

Had no real issues so far, support was able to change a simple detail on my account very quickly. My only complaint would be that the way it sorts payment categories (clothes, retail etc) cannot be customised manually to add, remove and change categories. I'm aware not many apps do this, but they're already 95% of the way to make it really helpful, but as it stands it's pointless. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024

Great User Experience Plus Great Interest on Balance
