Decent online bank

The app seems to be reasonably intuitive and allows me to do what i need. They have also introduced new features that have been useful (such as Pots). Interest rate has been decent. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Kroo makes it rewarding to save and send money simply

I like that interest is applied every month to my account. Good to see. It's easy to request money from fellow cardholders (family) or to respond to their requests in-app. I like that payees with other banks can be given nicknames, especially accounts in my own name, so I know which is which. I am not keen on the bot responses which field customer support interactions. Too easy to get into a loop. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

Kroo always lets you know
