I love the App and Current Account. The amount of interest ear ned on positive balances is superb and on the occasions I needed to contact Kroo my queries have been dealt with and resolved the first time and quickly too Reviewed on: 15th March 2024

Kroo customer services have been nothing but helpful, friendly and polite, quickly resolving a very stressful situation for me. They understood exactly what I needed and were very helpful when I had an issue I needed them to and surprisingly efficient for such a new organisation. Can’t praise them enough! Other banks take cyphoning customers' money for granted

Other banks take cyphoning customers' money for granted - ie other banks are pocketing most of our actual interest, not passing most on, and when they do give us our money it's just for a limited time joining offer to new customers. Kroo passes to us more of what was ours to begin with. Also, I love their tree-planting projects!! Oh, and I can use them abroad without fees too!! In fact, Kroo are so good, I left Nationwide :) Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
