KROO froze my account after they refused an internat...

KROO froze my account after they refused an international transfer to my account and took 7 days to return the money to the sender, the sender filed a fraudulent transaction with their bank doe to not receiving it back, KROO froze my account and funds for 3 weeks even thought they could clearly see they refused the transaction and returned it, refused to accept ant responsibility Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
