High street bank in the comfort of your home

If you want the benefits of a high street bank in the comfort of your own home than look no further than Kroo. Easy and simple to open an account with a simple to use app which has everything you would need. Additional perks such as good interest rate which is paid monthly is a good incentive to have and my main reason I opened an account. Online support was very helpful too. Great Current Account

The real time updates when you spend are great and refunds go in quickly, however when trying to contact customer service you wait a while to get through on the phone and eventually after a while it will cut out or days on end for a response via email . The app interface could be made to look more user friendly and welcoming looks a bit basic and shows the wrong icons for retailers Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
