Great Bank, Great service and great app!

I was one of the first to sign up to Kroo bank having been let down with other online banks. My problem stem from the mobile baking side, the apps. I get that in society today everything "online" has been locked down, added security steps such as 2 factor authentication and what have you but other banks, Virgin money in particular is an absolute nightmare, its forever locking me out of my account, if i want to set up a payee this can only be done on the pc. Kroo have made everything so simple, everything is laid out clearly and yes, I love Kroo. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
