A very good new-age bank.

Kroo does best what we expect from a new-age bank. Thge ones I find good are seamless account opening, ease of use of the app, good customer support. The areas for improvement are - more quicker responses, more core banking support like Bank Giro credit(premium bonds use this) and competitive interest rates on Cash ISA. I love kroo! Some recommendations

I love kroo!! the things I would recommend for improvement is to also to show like under the transaction after spending this was your balance for each transactions like my other banks find it really helpful, and for the spending insights area to be able customise categories as its not always correct. Everything else is amazing they promptly answer any queries that you may have excellent customer service and care. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
