Kroo offer a competitive in-balance interest rate and haven’t reduced this unlike other banks, so you know what you’re getting with Kroo. I would like to be able to more readily view previous transactions. But really like the ease of requesting funds from other accounts and confirmation of transactions and that there is the option to open saving pots which offer the same interest on balances as the current account. It was very easy to set up. I’ve not had any cause to engage with their customer service so can’t comment on this. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Kroo equals Simplicity.

Everything about Kroo is simplistic. No fancy frills and gimmicks. They tell you as it happens, which is good to know, and don’t pull the wool over your eyes either. The actual setting up of your account is also very understanding. You get to pick your own PIN number, when setting up the account, so no going to the nearest hole in the wall to change the issued pin with one you will remember. Kroo makes it very easy to transfer money from account to account and it takes seconds to do. All in all would I recommend Kroo to anyone, “You bet your bottom dollar” I would. Plus with all this hassle free setup and service makes for a safe haven to keep using Kroo as your bank. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
