Kroo.. Is simply the BEST!!

Great secured banking with Kroo. Haven’t had any problems whilst being with Kroo for over 3yrs. Customer service even when busy, still amazingly replies back. Just wish there was a Kroo branch you could walk in, incase you cant manage things via the app. But still love Kroo. Thanks! Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Overly strong questioning of source of funds

The only issue I would raise is the 'interference' that you often get where transactions are delayed whilst Kroo asks questions that frankly make you feel like a criminal. I recognise the need for Kroo to avoid breaching money laundering legislation, however the values of my transactions are tiny, and if they are larger ones then they are clearly money transfers between my own accounts Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

All round Good Account

Works in the UK for banking and payments. Works wherever you are abroad. No charges and good rate. Rate on savings is good and clear. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Consider Kroo. If you want an interest on current A/C.
