A good bank

A good bank to deal with on line app easy to navigate and use, kept well informed of products and you know that interest on the currant account tracks the base rate. Good rate on the ISA. Over all very pleased with all aspects of this service. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Good interest rates, quick and simple to use

Current account.

I’ve never been offered interest on a current account before which I think is fantastic. Moving money between banks is easy on the app. Opening the account was really quick and simple too. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

Very easy to use app and customer service.

Very easy to use app and customer service. Can be over questioning at times making some facilities difficult to use. For example paying a workman I had to ask him his middle name and state how long I'd known him. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
