Smooth and frictionless banking experience through their Mobile app.

All banking options and functionalities are available in the app. Excellent mobile banking experience. No delay in paying interest and a smooth and timely customer onboarding process. Took a few minutes to open a bank account and operate. Amazing interest rates are provided for current account holders.. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Initially I was a little sceptical setting up an online account with a bank I'd not heard of before however, after Martin Lewis recommended them and with the great interest rate on the current account, what wasn't there to like. Not had any issues with Kroo and the service I've received from the customer service department has been on par with other banks. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

A great little bank

The app is straightforward and easy to use. The account itself took a little while to open, but I think that was due to the volume of applicants after appearing on MSE. The £10 thank you for sticking with them was a real bonus! Plus 3.3% interest on a current account is up there with the best savings accounts. Great job Kroo! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
