Ladybird is a broker

ladybird is a broker, not an insurance company! I advise you to have nothing to do with it. after signing the contract, without your knowledge he will go to a financial company, where he will collect the money, so you, in addition to the insurance, will pay the interest to the financial company. when I found out, I immediately asked to terminate the insurance policy, even before it started. but they didn't give me back my 190 pounds, which I had paid to do the same policy, besides the fact that you can't talk to them on the phone. so if problems arise, that's your business. they are real legal scams!!! legal because they walk by the law. do not buy from brokers also freedom ,RIA, they are brokers and like ladybird they will steal your money, also after making the contract they will ask you for many documents, with the threat of canceling the insurance policy if you do not provide them. so you will spend days trying to get the documents they want, including old insurance contracts, to prove that you have not had an accident etc. I had a bad experience made of stress with brokers. one more thing when i paid on my bank application it showed that i paid RIA but my policy was with ladybird and RIA is another insurance broker i had noticed in online search engines while i was looking for insurance for the my car . which means they are the same thing with different names!!ladybird is a broker, not an insurance company! Rubbish

DO NOT USE ever

rip off company be aware don't not use the charge more then quote demand things i have never done in over 30 years of insurance then demand double the quote Please be aware do not use this company if you do be prepared for things you have never done before wasting your time then they ask for double the money DO NOT USE EVER Reviewed on: 20th January 2023

Very Disappointed

I got a policy with a ladybird 3 days ago. My car had an expired MOT and was advised to have sorted in 7 days. I took the car for MOT and it failed and decided to cancel the Insurance policy after a day online as I had decided to look for a new car. I had initially deposited £110. I was told I had a balance of £52.60 to pay again. Insurance that I cancelled within a day of purchasing. Before the 7 days window period. This company is a big scam. Please stay away from them. Scammed

Payed £102 deposit and tried cancelling in the 14 day cooling period, they said they have no such thing, they tried keeping my 102£ and making me pay £72 more to cancel. Avoid this company at all costs. Reviewed on: 17th December 2022

A REAL SCAM OF A COMPANY

INSURED CAR WITH THEM THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT THROUGH WWW.FIRST.CO.UK RECEIVE NO POLICY I TRIED PHONING ONLY TO BE REDIRECTED TO OTHER COMPANIES THEIR REVIEWS ON ALL SITES ARE THE SAME Reviewed on: 27th July 2022

Scam

Money grabbing, dishonest company. They lyre you in with a low price, then send an email that doesn't contain all the information you need. We ended up ringing them 4 times to try and work out what documents they wanted. They ask for obscure things that we had to ask multiple times what they were. A week later they then cancelled our policy bit charged us £150 to get out. This is in their ts&Cs so they have them set up to get the money out of you. After reading multiple people have this experience they are set up to money grab and scam you. DO NOT USE Reviewed on: 23rd May 2022

TOTAL GARBAGE! BLOODY SCAMMERS

Pay upfront and they will rip you off by insisting on a change to your policy which will cost you money ( mine was £700) AND if you want to cancel they will ask you to pay £140 "cancellation fee". so they win either way. I hope you rot in hell, greedy bast*rds. Reviewed on: 5th April 2022
