Strong communication, digitally needs updating

Top class mortgage and service

I’m at an awkward age for a mortgage but Leek saw me as an individual not a number and they have been brilliant. Also very easy to get hold of on the phone and actual people answer. Not only that they can find the information you need and provide it!! Reviewed on: 20th March 2024

Not good for existing discounted mortgage customers

I have rated 4 due to only building society who were able offer the mortgage amount I were looking at the time. However, when BOE raised the interest rate leek raised them quickly even for discounted rate mortgages. Despite leek offering better rates for new customers now they have not reduced for existing customers Reviewed on: 20th March 2024
