Impressive Mortgage process

The mortgage process went well, in particular the valuation was done quite quickly. The mortgage advisor was very helpful, in fact during the process when I was abroad she made sure she contacted me on the temporary number I gave her. However, my only frustration was after the valuation when I was told everything was ok, it took a while for the team to officially confirm/ send docs over to me. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Helpful and fair company

My property was originally on a multi-year fixed repayment mortgage with Leek however when my circumstances changed an I decided to let the property out, Leek were very helpful in arranging a switch to a buy-to-let repayment mortgage with no fees even though my original product was only partially through the term. My family has been with this Mortgage Company for many years. Whenever there is a new product to negotiate, the staff are extremely helpful and try to put the new product offered, to my advantage.
