The customer service is always friendly and efficient in pleasant surroundings at the Head Office.It is important that the public supports local Building Societies especially those that concentrate on sticking to the principles that the movement was founded on.Having spent 35 years working for another Leek based Building Society which no longer exists I have witnessed what happens when Societies attempt to operate in areas where they don’t have either the knowledge or experience. We have numerous savings accounts with the Leek United at Oakengates, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them, always ready to answer any questions and recently with the death of my Mum and the closing of her account they were second to none, compassionate and professional and friendly, always ready to listen.
