It's very small bank and the staff are very friendly...

It's very small bank and the staff are very friendly and very helpful and respectful to me. They have a raffles once a month for the charity or gift voucher. I would recommend to my family and friends. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026

A reliable professional friendly Building Society.

The Staff in Newcastle Branch are always friendly and welcoming and carry out their work in a professional manner. I am still not happy about not being able to open a separate Charity /Savings Account for the Girlguiding Bond which we have placed with you for 30 + Years. We just need a separate Account to put it in. Why is this not possible ? Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
