Excellent local Building Society

At a time when financial institutions are disappearing from the high street it's great that Leek Building Society are maintaining plenty of local branches. Savings interest rates are usually competitive and in-branch staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026

I use Uttoxeter and Ashbourne branch but find it easier getting into the branch at Uttoxeter due to it being flat and on the level. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful in both branches. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2026
