Been a member since I was 16 years old

I have had an account at Leek Building Society since I was 16. I am now 77. Everyone I have dealt with is polite, civil, well trained and well-informed. Face-to-face and on the telephone I have received excellent advice and assistance. They really do put the customer first and have service at the heart of what they do.
