The staff in the Derby branch are exceptional. My mum recently passed away (she had two accounts with you). The staff could not have treated me with more care and support but above and beyond that they were totally amazing with my mum who was 85 years old when she passed away, she loioked forward to her weekly visit to the Derby branch, it was like she was going to see her friends. They treated my mum with respect and care. I cannot speak highly enough of the branch staff in Derby. If there is anyway their customer service can be rewarded, it really should be. They are an amazing group of people. You are lucky to be employing them. Reviewed on: 15th November 2023
