The online system is nothing less than appaling I tried for weeks to register only got as far as the next button- nothing happened eventually I make a little progress and received emails on 08/07/2023, one said a varification code would be sent in the post but nothing has arrived. I phoned for help on monday 24th when after prolonged attempts the lady told me i needed to start again, 1/5 is a generous rating for your online. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Put back reception and counter area as it was, the counters are too high for ladies to look in their handbags, and please reinstate the grandfather clock it gave a feeling of perminance and longstanding trust a business long established. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023
