Helpful

I’m a young adult and was unsure of the options available to me. I went into my branch and had a meeting in which a staff member was brilliant in showing me the types of account I was eligible for and explained how the interest rates work. Local, no-nonsense

A Good Experience

I recently opened 2 new savings accounts with Leek Branch where I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. The Customer advisor went into depth about the policies on offer and explained them in a manner that was very easy to follow which helped my decision greatly. When I left the branch I was very happy with my decisions and felt I had made the correct choice where I had invested my money. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023
