Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Excellent team. Excellent service

I didn't know where to start with where to put my savings,absolutely no clue. Hoping I can name one lady at branch, Marie - she was great, provided lots of information. A wealth of knowledge and made me feel completely at ease. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Excellent Staff advice

When sorting which savings account most suitable to meet our needs the Staff at the Cheadle Branch were very helpful and knowledgeable about the different accounts available. The chatty society

Amazing building society

I have been with leek united since I was younger, all my family have also been customers at leek united and now my children, it's always that small family banking atmosphere. Marjorie was always my favourite at the Hanley branch and now she's retired, all the staff are extremely friendly giving it that homely atmosphere. Always go above and beyond hence why as a family we don't go to anywhere else! Staff are always so welcoming to my children also. I love the new look of the Newcastle branch keeping up with new modern trends, and the staff in that branch also are really friendly, yoy just can't fault leek united overall. Always a warm welcome

Must say as a regular ‘in branch’ customer at the Congleton branch, the staff greet you with a genuine smile & hello, they’re most knowledgeable with different services & products they offer, most of all they are friendly, professional, have discretion when needed & present very smart appearance within the branch. After experiencing some ‘on line ‘ experiences with other building societies, decided to return to in branch services & accounts, as I feel I have more confidence with whom I’m dealing with & a much more personal approach which matters to me 200%. Over and above

On a recent visit to my local branch in Macclesfield a customer in front of me was trying to withdraw money from his account unfortunately he did not have his pass book or any acceptable form of identification, the staff tried there best to accommodate his request without breaking the societies security rules even offering to deal with his request after the branch’s closing time.
