Friendly staff, new on-line system which simplifies transactions

The local branch staff in Ashbourne are very helpful. The new on-line system makes transactions simpler and prevents the need to visit the branch as regularly which makes life easier. Reviewed on: 4th March 2023

Staff who are passionate, caring & knowledgable. They recognised my needs even when I didn’t! I came back to Leek United Building Society as I knew it, with my inheritance. My father opened an account for me in the 80s & I wanted to entrust Leek Building Society with my parents hard earned money. Hanley staff even found the original account to enable me to be connected back to him. ISA Advice

Had an ISA opened, many years ago that had not been given any addition deposits or taken any withdrawals from. Needed advice on what was the best option. Bank assistant talked through options and allowed time to digest without any pressure to select the best option to meet requirements wanted.
