Absolutely awful experience.

Absolutely awful experience. Tell you 1 thing over the phone and another via email. They want way too many personal details and by the sounds of it, they don't respect data privacy. Should be taken to court over this honestly! Reviewed on: 3rd January 2025

Claim process -Deadful

I am making a claim for on the roof repair and provided photos of the damaged area, it was a dreadful process, emailed them without any response, called them and was told they need to study what is in my policy. What? Then, I was told I need to find two independent contractor to make quotation and must have a letterheaded paper to state what the cause of damage before they can review my case? That is a joke. Why cant they send someone over to inspect? My normal home insurance was a lot more sufficient than Let Alliance. I am strongly advice anyone think before go with them for your choice. Totally Useless

A phone number that is not answered and keeps you hanging on for ever and website forms that won’t accept email addresses or let you move to the next form without it. A relflection of a shabby company and amateur communications “ skills “ Reviewed on: 27th July 2021

Very helpful and reassuring

When I needed to let a house for the first time I was overwhelmed by all that needed to be done. Having struggled with insurance while the house was empty it was a relief to speak to Chris at Let Alliance. He was knowledgeable and explained exactly what we would need.
